Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (GTU) are intended to define the terms for providing the services of the Acid Studio website and the conditions for using the Service by the User.

2. Website Access

The Acid Studio website allows the User free access to the following services: portfolio presentation, information on design and development services, and contact form. The site is accessible for free anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.

3. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, signs as well as all site content (text, images, sound...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and specifically by copyright.

The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, or copy of the various contents. They commit to using the site's content within a strictly private context; any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

The sources of information distributed on the Acid Studio website are deemed reliable, but the site does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors, or omissions.

As a web developer and designer, Acid Studio acts exclusively as a technical service provider. We are not involved in commercial relations, transactions, or payments occurring between our clients (the owners of the developed sites, such as restaurant owners) and their own end users. Consequently, we cannot be held liable for any dispute relating to the sale of products, the provision of services, or financial transactions carried out on third-party sites that we have designed.

The Acid Studio website cannot be held responsible for any viruses that may infect the User's computer or any hardware, following use, access, or downloading from this site.

The site's liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or the unpredictable and insurmountable act of a third party.

5. Hyperlinks

Hyperlinks may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave the Acid Studio website. The latter has no control over the web pages these links lead to and cannot, under any circumstances, be responsible for their content.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss legislation applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, the Swiss courts will have sole jurisdiction.
