The Challenge: a frozen website on one side, spreadsheets and emails on the other.
FC Prilly-Sports has lived at the Fleur de Lys stadium for over a century. Its Wix website, however, had stopped moving: outdated fixtures, no results, last season's teams. Meanwhile the committee was running twenty teams with spreadsheets, emails and paper forms.
The committee is made of volunteers. They post news on a Sunday evening from their phone, between two matches, with no training and nobody to call. So the website had to live on its own, and the management tool had to fit in one back office any committee member could pick up.
